I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially for its convenient access to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep before my flight. The service was generally friendly and attentive, although there were some hiccups during my visit. Dining, however, was on the pricier side, but overall, it offered good options for a quick meal.
